Take a shower before entering the sauna

After bathing in the pool, and before entering the sauna, it is obligatory to take a shower in order to remove all chemicals and impurities from the body, so that they do not evaporate in the sauna. Also, if you decide to go to the sauna immediately upon arrival at the spa, it is also mandatory to take a shower to remove traces of perfume, deodorant and other products that you have previously applied to the skin.
